Burdinola launches the IoTLab and reaffirms its commitment to R+D+i Burdinola responds to the challenge that this technological revolution represents, which allows us to continue advancing in the knowledge of customers and better adapt to their needs

The Internet of Things -IoT- is a network that hosts different types of electronic devices connected to each other, allowing remote control, and facilitating the logistics and operation of our daily activities. Technology is used to enable human beings and things to share data and connect with each other. This data can be processed, thus obtaining information and knowledge.

Aware of the importance that this technology is acquiring, Burdinola launches the IoTLab environment. This environment gives to the fume cupboards, environmental sensor of the laboratory and other accessories of it, the ability to communicate through the implementation of the hardware and a standardized protocol so that they can provide functional data to anticipate maintenance actions or optimize their operation, favoring the efficiency, useful life and safety provided by our equipment.

These functional data are collected in the cloud where they can be visualized by the client and / or processed by Burdinola Service, which allows us to react with more agility to the needs of the customers. Thanks to the anticipation that allows the immediate analysis of the data, Burdinola Service can solve the incidents even before the users notice them, thus increasing their productivity and efficiency.

Additionally, to complete the application's functionality, Burdinola expands its offer with new sensors for contaminating vapors, particles, CO2, etc.

With this new product/service, Burdinola responds to the current challenge represented by this technological revolution and is closer to its customers.
